If you are having trouble viewing streaming video, the most common solutions are below.

1.  Software: Verify RealPlayer is installed.  This is a free player and it is easy to download.  The streaming video on this site will not be viewable with other media players, e.g. Windows Media, QuickTime, etc.

Note: If you have RealPlayer installed with an earlier version of Windows (e.g., XP, ME, 2000, 98) and the streaming video appears as a slide show of pictures, you may need to install either a more up-to-date version or a prior version of RealPlayer.  Try updating RealPlayer to the most current version available.  In RealPlayer, click Help  About  Check for Update.  If that does not resolve the issue, uninstall RealPlayer and click here to download RealPlayer for earlier versions of Windows. 

2.  Connection: Select the right bandwidth for your internet connection.  In general, Lo is for Dial-up, Hi is for Broadband, and Super is for DSL/Cable.  You might be able to view the Super version on a Broadband connection, but the same video could be choppy if watched on Dial-up. 3.  Hardware: Use a computer with a good processor speed.  For example, you will get optimal results with full screen clips on the high bandwidth with a processor speed of 750MHz or above.
